Scope/Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics

Individual Therapy

Each session is 70 minutes and we can discuss a longer duration if required in advance. The initial number and frequency of sessions will be agreed in the first session.

Cancellations/ Rearranging Sessions and Late Fees
I have a 24 hours cancellation policy. Please notify me as quickly as possible if you are unable to attend a session or class. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice the full session/class fee must be paid. Please note it is the clients responsibility to start the session/class on time and that the session will finish on time even if the start has been delayed. Full fee payment will still be required.
 
Session Fees / Payments
Session fees are to be paid either before or on the day of the session.
Fees can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. My bank details will be given at the time of booking sessions/classes. Where receipts are requested by the client, they will be sent by e-mail.

Confidentiality
All information shared in our sessions will be kept in strictest confidence. Please note that I have regular supervision where I will discuss our work whilst keeping your identity safeguarded
 
Early Termination of Class Courses
In circumstances, such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement or other commitments, inappropriate behaviour by the participant, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, I can decide to terminate my service to the client early or refuse, or be unable, to provide further classes to participants. In such circumstances clients/participants will be given either immediate or reasonable notice of termination and all monies paid will be refunded within 5 days.
